2013 Infiniti IPL G Convertible Specs and Review


New Exodus From The Infiniti G37 Infiniti grounded premium of Convertible, IPL VQ37VHR G Convertible features advanced 3.7-liter V6. The engine management system has been recalibrated through the air-fuel mixture and ignition timing optimization, increasing the maximum horsepower output point to 7400 rpm. To
get a feel of the natural acceleration, the torque curve from low revs to the point of maximum torque (5,200 rpm) has been tuned for linearity. IPL-tuned high-flow exhaust is a dual exhaust design with independent left and right pipes of large diameter. Structures and materials in the exhaust has been maximized to reduce pressure and provide the appropriate exhaust performance records. The result was a 30% reduction in gas pressure than the Y-pipe exhaust system design basis G Conversion of waste.



As a result of both the exhaust system and engine management changes, IPL G Convertible produces 343 horsepower - an increase of 18 horsepower over the non-IPL models - and 273 pounds-ft of torque (+6 lb-ft).

IPL G Convertible also offers a sport-tuned steering and brakes 4-wheel sports a large (14 inch front, 13.8 inches rear) and aluminum alloy calipers against (4-piston rear front/2-piston).

This machine is suitable for the transmission of the 7-speed electronically controlled automatic with downshift Rev Matching and quick-shift Hard Sport (DS) mode with magnesium paddle shifters and Adaptive Shift Control (ASC).


IPL 2013 G Coupe is offered in a complete model, G IPL Conversion with 7-speed automatic transmission. There is no choice.
