2012 Jaguar XF Sportbrake Specs and Review



The Sport brake refresh XF builds on widely accepted by the XF sedan for model year 2012 to see it adopted a more assertive line with models of its flagship XJ. The entirely new XF Sportbrake of B-pillar back, endowing with a very different aesthetic, exemplified by the elegance of the lines drawn taut by the window and is highlighted by a polished finish. Conjunctions flowing rear window graphics, waist up and the roof line lends Sportbrake XF real dynamic, broad shouldered stance.


We love the look of fresh-to-2012 XF, and fortunately, no sleekness cat was spotted by the addition of a larger rear quarters. The car went on sale in Europe in the third quarter of 2012 with a choice of two diesel and 3.0 liter size 2.2. Either powerplant matched with an eight-speed automatic, and sends power to rear wheels exclusively.



Exclusively equipped with a variety of machines diesel Jaguar 2.2-liter four-cylinder and 3.0-liter V6, Sportbrake XF offers a combination of model refinement, fuel economy, low emissions, abundant power and refinement. The 2.2-liter four-cylinder engine offered in combination with an eight-speed gearbox and Jaguar Smart Stop-Start system, allowing the XF Sportbrake to offer performance and driver appeal expected of a Jaguar with reduced emissions and fuel consumption.
